1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and future client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Maintain security standards within the store.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexible schedule availability.
