4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from their first interaction.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
6. Develop and expand a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
