- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client expectations.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized and updated client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold security standards to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual display standards are met in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving individual and store sales results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
