- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.

- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, up to 20 hours per week.
- 1+ years of experience in a service-related role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

A minimum of 1 year in a service-related position, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
