1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of prior service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Proficiency with technology.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
