- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of prior service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of one year in a service-related position, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
