- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Organize stock room and understock areas neatly.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
