- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying the Gucci selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client follow-ups.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Multitasking ability.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of one year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
