- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive working environment and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales results and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with effective collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
