1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs through extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with clients by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring client comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new prospects.
7. Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
