1. Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
2. Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
3. Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
5. Act as the visible face of the brand, embodying company values and ethos.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
