- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets for individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are upheld to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support the visual merchandising of products according to Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service setting is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position in California is estimated between $16.90 USD and $18.00 USD per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
Eligible employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan. An incentive program is also available, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
