1. Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
8. Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
10. Maintain an organized stock room and adhere to Gucci image standards.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary range is $16.90 USD to $18.00 USD per hour.

Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K plan. An incentive program is also available, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
