- Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and understock area.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The salary range for this position in California is estimated between $16.50 USD and $17.00 USD per hour, with potential participation in incentive programs based on performance.
