- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Utilize in-store technology to enhance the client experience and gather meaningful client information to tailor services.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality and luxury gestures.
- Employ effective selling techniques to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Utilize knowledge of Gucci products to engage clients with storytelling and expert advice.
- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting relationships.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $16.50 to $18.00 USD per hour.
