- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client follow-up.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold Gucci visual standards in product displays.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably in luxury retail.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
