1. Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to the Gucci selling ceremony.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide consistent follow-up on sales and client inquiries.
6. Stay informed on fashion trends and luxury market developments to advise clients effectively.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products according to Gucci standards.
10. Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. Minimum of 1 year of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Proficiency in technology and additional languages is advantageous.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
