- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to the Gucci selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to foster client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide consistent follow-up on sales and client inquiries.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and luxury market developments to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products according to Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Minimum of 1 year of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in technology and additional languages is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

At least 1 year of experience in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
