1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals consistently.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Proficient with technology.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
