- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals consistently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through high-quality sales and customer service.
- Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.

- Uphold store security standards to ensure safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Maintain visual display standards and organized stock rooms.

- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient with technology.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

A minimum of one year in a service-related role is required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
