- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and quality sales.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and future client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
