- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client expectations, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Utilize company CRM tools to capture and leverage customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Ensure store security standards are met to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and understock area.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Technological proficiency.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role is required, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
