- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range is $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program based on performance.
