5. Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice based on client needs.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of stock.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems.
4. Fluency in French and English.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
