- Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice based on client needs.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
- Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of stock.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
