1. Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
5. Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock level on the sales floor.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
7. Foster communication between team members and clientele.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing customer reservations and orders.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock levels.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury retail

1. Brand ambassador embodying Gucci's values
2. Product knowledge and sales techniques
3. Passion for fashion and luxury
4. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
7. Understanding of luxury codes
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Prior experience in sales and luxury retail is required.
