1. Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products compellingly to engage customers through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security protocols to prevent theft and loss.

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury retail

1. Ambassador of the brand and its values
2. Product knowledge and sales techniques
3. Passion for fashion and luxury
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is appreciated
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
7. Understanding of luxury codes
8. Teamwork capabilities

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
