- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Exhibit extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage and persuade clients through storytelling.
- Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock of items on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receiving items.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security directives, including theft and loss prevention.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in the luxury sector
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and its values.
- Possess product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury industry.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is appreciated.
- Good presentation and articulation.
- Service-oriented with persuasive abilities.
- Mastery of luxury codes.
- Ability to work in a team.
Previous experience in sales and the luxury sector is required.
