1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.

5. Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
7. Foster open communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Manage the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and manage the physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
