4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
5. Achieve cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Meet individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
7. Foster collaborative communication with team members, proposing effective solutions.
8. Manage visual product displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.

3. Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion or retail.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
