1. Advise customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
2. Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, embodying the brand's values.
3. Support clients with insights on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Act as the visible face of the brand, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Proficiency in Korean and English.
3. Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury retail dynamics.

4. Proficiency in using retail management software and digital tools.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
