2. Present and promote the collection in accordance with brand standards, enhancing the brand's image and appeal.
3. Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, and trends, providing expert guidance and personalized service.
4. Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing overall store performance.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and current trends.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or fashion is a plus.
