1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and customer service excellence.

2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
4. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.

Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer-facing role.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field preferred.
