Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
- Deliver outstanding client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, ensuring regular communication and follow-up on inquiries and after-sales services.
- Provide personalized service that reflects brand passion and anticipates client needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with cashiering, administrative duties, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is preferred.
