Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
- Deliver personalized client service that reflects the brand's passion and anticipates client needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and KPI achievement.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technological proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is preferred.
