1. Achieve and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
3. Deliver personalized client service that reflects the brand's passion and anticipates client needs.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and stock management.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as necessary.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively to enhance operational efficiency.
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and KPI achievement.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Technological proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.

Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is preferred.
