1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships using clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training both in-person and virtually.
4. Support the back of house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Energetic with a positive attitude.
