- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships using clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training both in-person and virtually.
- Support the back of house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.
- Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
