Gucci Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion.
- Develop, maintain, and expand a clientele base through active engagement.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Provide personalized service that reflects brand passion and anticipates client needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with cashiering, administrative duties, and inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively and participate actively on company platforms.
- Adhere to all Gucci and Kering policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably in luxury.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
