1. Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and expand a clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
3. Provide personalized service that reflects the brand's passion and anticipates client needs.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain alignment with worldwide visual guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated with best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and stock management.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively to enhance business operations.
9. Adhere to all store Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
