Gucci Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and expand a clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
- Provide personalized service that reflects the brand's passion and anticipates client needs.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain alignment with worldwide visual guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated with best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
- Utilize company tools and platforms effectively to enhance business operations.
- Adhere to all store Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
