Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
- Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Discuss and advise on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive individual and store results and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
