- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal sales targets for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, including Gucci's history and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room and adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service setting is required.
