- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Keep stock and understock areas neat and organized.

- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient with technology.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

A minimum of one year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
