1. Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by utilizing available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service in line with hospitality guidelines.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and develop top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
