- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range from $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
