- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up with clients.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising by upholding Gucci's visual standards.
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining organized stock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or equivalent customer service experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
