1. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.

5. Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
3. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a high-end customer service role.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or business is advantageous.
