- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain store security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient with technology.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

A minimum of one year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
