Gucci Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele base through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
