1. Achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional client service.
3. Provide personalized service that reflects the brand's passion and anticipates clients' future needs.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and complete required training.
6. Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and stock management.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as necessary.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and KPI achievement.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
2. Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment is preferred.
