1. Achieve individual and team sales targets, including key performance indicators such as client outreaches, average ticket size, NPS, and conversion rates.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty through various clienteling tools.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules, both in-person and virtually, via the Gucci Retail Training portal.
4. Support the back-of-house team with cycle counts and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

2. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve store targets and KPIs.
3. Energetic with a positive attitude.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in luxury retail is beneficial, though not mandatory.
