1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty through various clienteling tools.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules both in-person and virtually.
4. Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional service.
4. Team player with a collaborative spirit.
5. Energetic with a positive attitude.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
3. Proficiency in using clienteling tools.
4. Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred.
