- Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience in-store and remotely, building rapport and long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Proactively recruit and develop a client base through in-store engagements, virtual appointments and distance-selling initiatives.
- Use storytelling and expert product knowledge to advise clients, select appropriate items, and apply cross-sell and upsell techniques to maximize sales.
- Monitor and contribute to individual and store KPIs, striving to meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills and luxury gestures.
- Accurately process POS transactions, capture client data, and leverage in-store technology to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service, grooming, and visual presentation in line with Gucci standards.
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record of driving sales and cultivating client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store performance metrics and KPIs.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ability to inspire trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury, with excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.

Minimum of 2+ years in luxury fashion retail or an equivalent client-facing sales role, demonstrating measurable sales results and sustained client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is preferred but not required.
