7. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.

9. Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
11. Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
12. Adhere to company grooming standards in line with Gucci policies.

2. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
3. Deep passion for fashion and luxury products.
